i need help.
I found all my old sims 3 games & now really want to play them...however...I have a macbook air.
So I decided to use some of my pay to save up for a gaming pc, with a CD-tray.

Can anybody recommend any good ones? I just want to primarily be able to run sims 3 on it, and perhaps some of my other games from steam or origin.

Sims 3 shouldn't need that many resources, a normal middle range laptop should be fine tbh, but if you want to use it for other gaming I would recommend building your own PC, there are also services to have it built for like 100€ and you can chose the parts yourself
16 or 23 GB ram, fast SSD, maybe Backup HDD, good motherboard (you'll have to look up what's compatible, GeForce GTX (RTX if you want to play new games in High quality), fans/cooling system , the shell thing, for the processor I would recommend ryzen since they are cheaper and better (at least the high range ones) than Intel, power cable, monitor, keyboard, mouse,.. Uh did I forget sth? Probably
There are forums and subreddits where people are willing to help with the parts and if they are compatible and you should get something decent for ~1,3k € or less if you have stuff you can use from an old pc or sth
