My macbook completely froze again after i had written two hours of work oh my god i'm so tired nothing happens when i try to move the cursor 

I've tried googling but only thing i found is

You can also force reboot the Apple computer by holding the Control + Command key combination while simultaneously pressing down the Powerbutton. Voila! The Mac is back on track.

Would that remove all my ongoing work?? Anyone tried it?

Yes if u put on autosave, but usually u can open the last document on the "home" page thing when u open word
