Counting calories is the only way tbh but idk, u don't hav to b obsessive abt it, u can eat ice cream if u want, just put it in ur daily calories n not on top

it's just hard because i worked really hard to even get back to the weight i was and i want to get into a healthy, "ideal" weight and i'm scared all the work i've done will just go away if i make one wrong move

Pretty much only calories matter, when I had an ed most of my calories were from trash unhealthy high calorie food but since I stayed under this n that I still lost weight, tho some food can make ur arteries have fat in them (cholesterol etc) etc etc n not healthy but u will still lose weight if its under

How old are you and do you have healthy BMI? the distress is worryingsome food have control over how u feel n think. Talk with a doctor or someone who can make u mealplan.
