Like right after I shower, I get these red spots (looks like a bug bite, but isn't) and they're itchy af.
Tried to switch to a more "friendly" and perfume free soap, but ti didnt help at alllll

does anybody else have this issue? It's literally only when I shower???

tmi, if ur scared of skin, idk

Like this was a week ago, and today it literally started to spread to my sides n stomach + they're getting bigger. I get it sometimes when i sweat tbh. I also get it right under my pits.

Do you take hot showers? If you do, you might have cholinergic urticaria, like me. But I can't say for sure. You might want to see a dermatologist.

So I get hives/allergies every time I shower (with hot water), or is feeling really hot/ extreme heat. It goes away after a while. Sometimes, it takes longer than that to go away. I take antihistamines to relieve them, but not always. I sometimes use black tea and damp my skin with them or I put aloe vera gel to them and try my best to avoid scratching them. It might help.

I hope you are okay. :)

Also happens with colder water. But it's much worse with hot water tbh

I'm the same. Mine grows like a map in my body and often times super itchy.  I have also both asthma and low blood pressure so I have cholinergic urticaria.

My doctor gave me antihistamines and a moisturising lotion she made herself, and a betamethasone lotion (but I'm not allowed to use this often). If I could make do with not taking antihistamines, I try to use the black tea and aloe vera trick, because she told me that taking too much antihistamines is bad so I only take them when it gets to the point that I can't take it anymore.

But please do consider seeing a dermatologist. It might be a different case for you than me.
