Yeah, otherwise most westerners would probably just boil some water and do what they usually do. Not considering that temperature is actually quite important.
He was a real sweetheart it seemed, though he was in the back of the store doing smth most of the time. I guess he didn't realize I was wandering around the store ahaha

I see, it can really vary in taste if you prepare it differently, but it's interesting and you can experiment a lot.
