- watch or listen to calming things / sounds (for example, rain, lo-fi etc)
- use different breathing techniques, breathing in a square ?
- go on a short walk if ur able 2
- try to distract urself with ur fave activities, could be playing games, cooking / baking, watching tv etc
- remind urself that ur anxiety is valid
- listening to a podcast / audiobook
- take a shower / bath
- if u have a plushie, cuddle it, or if u have a person with u, maybe cuddle them (if u r a person that likes that)
- make urself tea / hot chocolate
- use a heating pad on ur stomach (or somewhere else)
these are just some of the stuff that has helped me on and off !
