uh oh anxiety

ive had physical anxiety for 3 days now (very shaky, pit in my stomach, i can feel my heartbeat, sweating, cold hands, cant sleep because of adrenaline, no appetite) and idk how to help it bcs this is the second time it's happened


how can i tell my body to calm tf down and how can i tell if this is trying to become an anxiety disorder

my daily rhythm is already fuckd up i literally cannot afford to sleep poorly too
the first time this happened i couldnt sleep for 8 hours even tho i was exhausted because the adrenaline just didnt stop and i wanted to throw up for two days

well i got prescribed opamox 2-3 yrs ago so i took that two nights ago because i was terrified of not being able to sleep again, thankfully it worked
but i have like 6 pills left n no way of getting a refill lol
i used to have other meds too for depressive episodes but they werent any use back then

I usually do yoga bc it helps me calm down and keep calm wheb I practice regularly, so: exercise. It can get some of the energy out of your system.

Read up & watch vids on metacognitive therapy. It helps me tho

- watch cute vids of animals
- watch or listen to calming things / sounds (for example, rain, lo-fi etc)
- use different breathing techniques, breathing in a square ?
- go on a short walk if ur able 2
- try to distract urself with ur fave activities, could be playing games, cooking / baking, watching tv etc
- remind urself that ur anxiety is valid 
- listening to a podcast / audiobook
- take a shower / bath
- if u have a plushie, cuddle it, or if u have a person with u, maybe cuddle them (if u r a person that likes that)
- make urself tea / hot chocolate
- use a heating pad on ur stomach (or somewhere else) 

these are just some of the stuff that has helped me on and off !

i do all of those regularly 😭😭 (except walking bcs going outside has become anxiety inducing too hahah) i think my anxiety is social in nature and im terrified it's gonna get worse and the fear of isolation doesnt make me feel any better and it's like a horrible paradox of me not wanting to be isolated but me not wanting to be seen by other people ever and idk what to do

i have a weird disconnect with my physical form so doing anything physical always seems like a lost cause if it's not like. walking 10km
