I always read the instructions, but they don't include stuff like "if you take it x often it's bad"

Also depends what you're taking it for. If it's a headache one should be enough, I'd recommend taking one and going to sleep.

No matter what tho I don't think one should take more than like 3/day unless a doctor has recommended otherwise
