i had 1 meeting with a psychologist and then a check my journal and he adds new diagnosis like "social anxiety"
and im like hah haaaa ur lame rlly rlly
i tell u for 7 years theres no way i dont have social anxiety bc im always dying nd now u after a 2h meeting r like yep lets add that
when youve for years and years been telling me im not even shy
but also its like way too late im too busy to go into some therapy should have done that when i was a teen bc ive already fucked up most my life lol
srry these benzos rlly be making me feel weak rn
its just super ironic theyre not even doing a full like evaluation im just answering a paper of symptoms and now theyre like yea guess u have this thing we've refused you treatment for like half your life
its like those ppl on tumblr when theyre like its easy
