i wish there was a pill to stop me from thinking sometimes. like, i struggle to fall asleep most nights cus my mind just keeps coming up with stuff i just cant stop thinking about. and im a natural overthinker, so i tend to lean towards worst case scenarios in basically everything.
like now, i had a mild breakdown for 10 minutes about not understanding the assignment i got, and i honestly keep thinking "great, now im gonna fail, im not gonna be a good social worker, and i will die miserably without any progress in my life". i got the assignment yesterday, its due thursday next week. so.... yeah. i hate thinking.
