does anyone else have trouble w anxiety about your hands being clean... like washing multiple times but you still feel like your hands aren't clean, worrying about like contaminating stuff etc?

how do u deal with that? i'm not sure if stopping myself from washing multiple times would be a good idea cuz i mean you can't see bacteria and stuff, so i can't rly know if my hands are clean or not

I always always always wash my hands after dealing with my plants unless I haven't touched anything but the pot.

And of course after bathroom business but that's also normal.

I don't even use my phone, and I don't actually use it outside, but I mean, I never clean my iPad. And like, when I'm outside, I don't care about the clean and dirty stuff (because outside everything is dirty...), so then I usually only wash my hands after using the toilet.
