They said I should just order the thing again and then send the package with the wrong sized item back, and then they'll refund me.

they send with something you attach to the thing you return it in? if they haven't done that you go on the website and print it out

I live in Denmark and I could not be more confused about where drop off points are, I have NEVER sent anything in my life. I hate trying new things and I get very anxious about it

where do u usually go to pick up packages?? U return them at the same place
