yeah, i don't have cataplexy. i guess i'll know more when i see the sleep doctor. i feel extremely tired all the time and sometimes i just fall asleep randomly (i've even fallen asleep in lectures etc). i also have sleep paralysis and hypnopompic hallucinations fairly frequently, which i heard is often found in people with narcolepsy

yes i have that a lot even when im just napping on the couch, other symptoms i guess are that u reach rem sleep quicker, and have bad quality and fractured sleep

its actually very interesting that it seems like i can fall asleep anywhere in the weirdest positions and still completely dissappear from the waking world
