i know that I won’t go because of corona and police are pretty strict about how many people can be together in public to like an event or something like that,  we can max be 50 people together. Also I told him that I don’t want to go, while this corona is here, because I don’t want to be the reason that my family will get sick (some in my family are sick already, and I don’t want to be the reason to make them die or anything like that)

It literally is just looking at cars and talking to some people. It's like a museum... but for cars... and there's no signs, just people talking at you. Orrrr sometimes there's car races, but those are more designated shows. 

Would I go if my boyfriend was that way inclined? Possibly. But I'd come up with a plan B (e.g. how difficult would it be for me to leave etc.) and he wouldn't force me to go if I didn't want to, or I'd compromise and say "I don't want to at the moment and it's not very safe because of this family member, I can try and prepare myself for the next one?"

Like, if I have some time (like a couple months or so) to gear myself up to going/doing something I don't wanna, it's not as bad as being thrown in the deep end. 

I'd generally say it's gonna be pretty dangerous to go though. People at car events are usually regulars and know each other, there'll be alcohol and they're likely to get close and chummy with each other. But that's just me.

Yeah, I have it in the same way. My boyfriend adore cars, and he have a fast car (a bit too fast, imo). And I’m not really the car lady, and if I get bored I will be like a child and asking him when we are going home etc, but I also don’t want to be that girlfriend who will ruin it ): 

he even said or wrote to me “I wish that you were here, it could be fun to have you here with me” and I’m.. idk, it doesn’t catch my interest, u know? @Quinzelle

well, I think it’s illegal one because police have been there a few times and gave them a like... ticket-ish bc they were too many people and it wasnt allowed to do it (do the race stuff)
