never proven, there were allegations and processes and many many stories, but as far as I know no court ever classified him as such because of proven deeds? (might be wrong on that one, didn't keep up with the court rulings about this)
so depends if you believe the allegations or not, because again, I don't know how far it got in court, because I think to remember that the whole procedure was blown off at some point??
