I've been told that if you apply for at least 2 weeks in advance, they can't deny you bc that's enough time for them to plan. But in my case there's nothing to plan because they don't put in extra staff for my occupation, but I was still in good time just in case. 
Now, the person who I work with is not that great when he's alone in the kitchen and he'd have to be in the kitchen when I'm away, and I think that's why they're holding off on accepting my vacation. Another reason is that that person is away quite a lot, some days here and there, which will fuck them over since they're not putting in extras for us. But HOW is that my problem?!?! I feel like I shouldn't be affected by their dumb decisions, right?
Not to mention that they prioritized his vacation this summer, he was away for five fucking weeks and I had to juggle everything on my own but OOOHH when I want two weeks off it's the end of the world. That's not my fucking fault helloO 
Also the person I worked with a few months ago was amazing and he could manage very well on his own but they fired him for some unexplainable reason (probably bc money) but idk why that should be taken out on me

As I said they don't put in extras for us, but another coworker of mine have had vacation for the last two weeks and they put in an extra for her even tho the person she works with is great in the kitchen as well. So why the fuck can't they put in an extra for me then? Literally why am I not as important as the others??? Fuck all of this I'm getting annoyed the more I write bc they prioritize the others and overwork me to the fucking moon and back and I know I do a damn good job, but then it's too much to ask to just get two weeks off??? 
I need a new job I'm so tired
