idk if it help u at all but i used to rationalize my anxieties a lot and it helped just remembering and reminding myself that i constantly dont answer people immediately or when i have the opportunity to, not bc i hate them or dislike them, it had nothing to do with them at all, just being tired or not wanting to text or stress or having other things to focus on
