yeah if this means what i think it means, i think so. i'm peak anxious when i'm resting or trying to sleep and i can't really ever relax completely. self care assignments and meditation feels the same. i hate mindfulness because trying to force relaxation just gives me panic attacks lol. i feel like i have to keep myself busy with chores i don't want to do 24/7 to cleanse myself of guilt and anxiety.

I don't think I've ever been completely relaxed, I have no memory of it at least

My type of relaxed is always also very tense, but it's to the point I don't even register that I'm on edge anymore. I'm so used to it.
