Well, that's basically the Swedish model. We can't have lockdowns here, we have "recommendations".

which is kinda weird because to be a nærkontakt u have to stay withing 1 metre of them for over 15 minutes.... taking the classrooms my students r in, most of them are nærkontakter by definition
but they can have 30 nærkontakter because... ?
