shit is, i haven't gotten that bill cuz if i did, i of course would have saved it AND written on it that it's paid. it said on my account that i've gotten reminders as well, but i haven't gotten those either cuz of course if i did, i would have paid that shit. it also said that my case has gone to the whole debt collection thingy which made me shit myself cuz if you don't pay then, your case goes to kronofogden (the bailiff according to google) mmMMMHMmmhm and it's from august !!!
but i haven't gotten any letters or reminders from the debt collection either, NOTHING

so i called my internet/tv provider about an hour ago and explained to her but she was kinda rude and she said it's my responsibility to keep track on my bills. and of course it is, i know that, i pay my bills in time, no issue. however how in the fuck am i supposed to pay a bill i haven't even gotten to my home, that i didn't even knew existed until yesterday BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SEND ANYTHING OUT????
she told me to call the debt collection and to take it with them. i have to pay that bill of course, which i've done, and my services start working again in a week lol, if i want them to start today again i need to pay extra for it. lol. lol lol lol.
called the debt collection, i explained everything and how i haven't gotten any bills, reminders or letters from neither of them. he said i didn't have a case there and that my tv provider probably hasn't sent it to them yet. if they have, it might show up next week but since i paid the bill instantly it might not even go to them. but IF it has, i need to pay even more money

anyways i think i just needed to rant or vent or whatever. i hate making calls and now i've called twice in less than an hour and just dgjkdf and i feel like i'm being wronged lol ofc it's my responsibility but i've chosen to get them on paper to my mailbox but i haven't gotten it yet i need to cash out 9405830946 times more money or whatever lol

i'd just moved in, this is my first apartment, the first time i'm living on my own. my first tv/internet shit like that, i work all the fucking time and i'm constantly exhausted and i mean... just moved in, tons of bills to everything, how the fuckkkk was i supposed to automatically think of that specific bill that i didn't get : ///

i also continued getting my monthly bills from them so u know... i didn't suspect a thing cuz i kept getting my usual bills n shit. hadn't i gotten those then yeah, i'd look it up cuz going several months without bills for a service i'm supposed to pay for and that i use every day and is reminded of is weird and something i would've noticed

altho my landlord has some kind of deal with them, but idk what difference it makes cuz it's still fucking expensive and shitty
