Yeah so my granddad bought it from the township (I believe that's what you call it) because they promised him he could turn it into 5 appartments after renovating the whole place. So he bought it, and suddenly the township was like "sike just kidding you can build 1 appartment nothing more". So he was mad and petty and decided to not renovate it at all because he would never be able to earn it all back I suppose haha

yes the logical solution to that is have it decay so the value of it only decrease, big brain move thereĀ

It was already like this so it pretty much didn't lose any value

No my uncle and his friend have this antique shop and we borrowed the chair! The ground flooe of the building is now actually used by my cousin, she turned it into a pop up store for her clothing brand so she had the 4 of those chairs there, so we just took one with us upstairs haha!
