yeah been struggling with sleep for a few years now, and last year I started on sleep medication but I'm not on it anymore

sent a message to my doctor yesterday tho so hopefully I'll be on my meds again

how are u dealing with it?

yeah been using that strategy myself for a while, but now I'm just so desperate for sleep

I have some techniques that helps sometimes, like counting down from 100 over and over again focusing on slowing my breath and picturing the numbers in my head. If you haven't tried it before I would recommend it, it only lasted a few weeks for me tho.

Hope sleeping will get better for you soon

Honestly might try just laying there and count! My mind always go crazy when i can't sleep but is trying.
