my sister claims that the headset must be brand new because she got a box with it and idk .. that means i'll have to do the shit again ugh but at least it's not fucky.. we'll see.

To be real tho, they probably just didn't want to give away a new item, so they tried to fix something not fixable.

It wasn't that broken honestly like the sound and everything was fine. It's not the store that will suffer economically from it anyway as it was a product error
