I would keep my eyes out in case it happens again. If it's just a small thing it can heal on its own pretty easily. But also I know zero about snails. Google say they have blue blood so I'd just watch, give easy food and make sure everything is clean and fresh.

whoop! hopeflly someone out there has an answer but it doesn't seem like the most active subreddit 

i know there's like an ask a vet sub as well that might be more active, but idk if vets deal with snails usually???
