Yes but idk its fine if I leave it uncovered so it dries but if I put band aid it turns gross wet n yellow liquid aka pus I guess? Or mby its just sore liquid

like, if a wound is infected you can normally see it. its usually yellow-white-ishh goo. and the wound is usually surrounded by a red irritated outline,, but yeah, u did say it wasnt red or swelled

Yes its not red or swollen at all n thats weird in itselff idk n theres one white ish spot inside it but the rest is just yellow or red I guess

sounds like its infected imo,, but i wouldnt be too worried just cleanse it with warm water and soap without perfume. and u should cover it with a bandaid after, so dirt and bacterias doesnt get into itt but yesh, just clean properly like daily n u should be fine!! but ofc if its bad or gets worse,,go see a doctor, i aint a pro sadly
