since you've lost the concentration and you have a fair amount of time left, it's probably better to take a break and go do something you enjoy (sims) to take your mind off it for a little bit, as you most likely won't be very productive now. And then perhaps come back to it in, say, and hour or two when your mind's a bit more refreshed!
