and just for a notice: therapy is something i believe everyone should try at least one time in their life. no one is that perfect that they dont have worries or sadness in them. so dont be ashamed or scared, its just people trying to help u. c: and for the record, even tho i dont know u, im proud of u for going c:

thank u that means a lot, i've been through so much and i just can't keep trying to help myself cause it's not working. and i'm already on medication but i can't just self medicate without actually fixing the problems
ive been concidering going to therapy myself, but i wanna just try and live a little healthier first (ofc doesnt work with corona, or december. #exams) before i go to that leap. ive been in very heavy therapy, and i have a lot of tools that i can use. i just need to use them. im a bit lazy. so.
