Thats true. I think its important to distinguish the difference between truly not feeling ready to do it yet and just being extremely anxious about taking that first step. Like its always gonna feel scary and nervewrecking even when ur ready, so its important to know that being scared of it does not equal not being ready for it. Reaching out for help is always a good thing tho, its like ripping off a bandaid.
