That sucks. Very relatable. I would try to like blow it out if that's possible, or like give it a poke. If it's simply irritated and maybe swollen then I would give it as much rest as possible and try to not annoy it. Nasal spray could help. Otherwise, drink something warm. It can help open up and calm your norse. Hope you feel better soon.
