It's been almost a year since I returned from studying in NY and my university still hasn't registered my grades and the Examination Committee or whatever you may call it doesn't reply to my emails. So after a lot of bullshit from their side I suddenly had to hand in new documents and forms (and I had to travel all the way to Amsterdam to hand them a paper to SCAN WHILE WE'RE IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC). So two months ago I submitted another form to request approval of my NY courses and normally the processing of this request takes no longer than two months, but I still haven't heard ANYTHING? I already emailed them asking for an update but they don't reply?? So now I don't know how many courses I have to take next semester because I don't know how many points I get for NY so I don't know how many point I have left to fill with electives?Ā  And this has been stressing me out all night for the past two months and I'm just slowly losing my mind this bullshit has been going on for almost a YEARĀ 

I'm honestly ready to ask my dad to call them and tell them how shitty of a job they're doing because they won't take me seriously
