my knee hurts :(

my knee has been hurting for a week now and idk whats wrong and last night when i went to bed it, u know when u lay on ur stomach and put ur leg up 
 like right is doing, my knee ? popped? or like idek but it hurted in a weird way.
it doesnt hurt when i walk only when i have my legs up (sitta på huk) kinda and its weird 

pls vp doctors help me

no it looks normal i think, and when i stand up and press on my knee where it usually hurts i cant feel anything

I mean try not doing that for a while and if u r motivated, some strenght training for your knees and u r probably fine
