that's a very accurate description of a v particular feeling too, i know the place. but i feel it's usually caused by an internal conflict or something, the one i'm trying to describe is more like -- i see things happening around me but there are things out of my control and i just need to wait. everything seems pretty mundane, i'm not hysterical, but i can barely breathe. right now it's pretty much my whole life as i've known it for like 1,5 years on the line.

thanks!! i appreciate it. i have friends and family i can talk to (and i do), and i'm actually staying with a family member right now. i hope i can go home soon but it's all very complicated and there are conflicts and issues that need to be sorted out before i go back. sucks.
