in fact they're now moving me out of the "trauma/dissociation treatment model" which i've formally been in for 8 months, even though i haven't gotten any help with trauma/dissociation because the trauma psychologist i was supposed to be seeing went on sick leave and never came back.... so now they're moving me to the mood disorder treatment model instead

like am i the only one who thinks this is a problem? this seems like a problem to me i don't know guys

its not 50/50 rly but most ppl don't know how to handle it
if it was 50/50 it wouldn't b in the dsm5, it's an officially recognized disorder w a relatively understood cause
not saying "officially recognized" or the dsm is like, objective or anything but the point is if a therapist doesn't believe in did or osdd or feel willing to understand dissociation they shouldn't b therapistsĀ
