but today i got shocked from the same thing, i was wearing gloves this time and my hand still hurts now almost 2 hours later. and i haven't gotten static shocked by anything else in months. so i'm starting to think maybe it's not static+?? idk if you can get static shocked through gloves though? i'm finding it hard to believe if there is an electrical problem with the door that no one else has run into it since yesterday and called someone to come fix it... and if it was an actual electric shock wouldn't it have hurt a lot worse? like am i really just imagining this ugh
