How do I not get inbetween bleeding when I skip over my period, like why do I get my period the same time each time even if I skip the sugar pills or not 😭😭 man its inconvenient

this might be caused by having a slightly too low hormone count in the pills for your body so if it's a possibility you could try getting a bit stronger ones or switch to another brand or something. i guess sometimes it's not even really possible to explain how and why the pill causes symptoms but my experience was that they usually just recommended switching to another brand in these kind of situations

but like if it's working for you otherwise i'd be a bit reserved about changing anything because the hormones might have a lot stronger effects you'd imagine and it might mess your body up pretty badly if you switch them.

Yeah idk, im not pregnant so they probably work lol, but once in a while my "period" even starts like, the week before it should start which is just stupid n im like mannn,,,,

Probably won't go to the doctor to switch them out before I need a new prescription tho, like next year mby but I'll see

well i obviously can't give any actual advice on your individual situation but that sounds exactly how my body reacted to a slightly too low dose of the hormones, when i switched to a stronger version of the same pill the random bleeding stopped and it started working like it's supposed to

Oh yes that seems to b the problem, the one im on is allegedly low dose n bad for skipping ur period on. I think I can go to the school nurse too instead of the doctor actually so ill do that if I can when school starts after break. Lol me getting excited now, life changing tf. I never even thought of this possibility lol
