Not when something is on sale and my experience with zalando is that if I wait for a few days you can bet the product is gone when I intend on actually buying it so no. I'm not going to wait a full day for a giftcard, especially then the 1700 NOK giftcard showed up IMMEDIATELY in my inbox.

Yeah, but I comfort myself with this: 
I bought a 3300 NOK jacket for 409 NOK
I paid with a mastercard which I have cashback (1%) on, as long as I keep the cashback money on that account I get a 5% interest rate on the money
I wanted a coat
I needed to get a new winter jacket because my old one is just.. not going to last forever sadly
