Things I've done to improve my life

- I've started meditating - On my third month right now
- Im healing my anxiety and perhaps even my emotional problems
- I have taken walks in nature (this I started a couple of years ago, but still)
- I'm eating more fruits and vegetables than before
- I have started to read more books
- A new thing I recently started just like two weeks ago: I have started writing down my thoughts on paper and saved the texts in a box
- I have cleaned up big parts of my room (And from that I mean clean in a bigger way, organising the bookshelf, sorting things out etc)
- I cook more often
- I do my bed every morning (this habit started also a couple of years ago)
- I help more at home
- I have done some hacks to be less on the internet
- I have going out of my comfort zone to go out and find new friends
- I have been educating myself about minimalism, zero waste and other inspiring healthy lifestyles

I am actually quite proud of myself, but theres still more improvement to make. This year I decided I will meditate daily, read more books, and stay more out of internet.

- taking care of myself by showering, eating, brushing my teeth etc

still need to improve my sleeping schedule which is really off the tracks but i know i can do it

You're going to make it!
I recommend dopamine detox - You basically just sit in you room (or lay down) for like an hour or how long you want without any outher stimulation. You have your computer, TV and mobile phone off. Let the thoughts come. I dont if this works for sleep, but perhaps it does if you do it in the evening.

You're going to make it!

that usually doesn’t work unfortunately and i need my sleeping pills to sleep, it’s just that i should try to go to bed earlier and not at like 7am u know 😪

- I eat my drugs regular (depression drugs) (I forgot still sometimes) 
- I try to speak about my feelings even its hard
- I am vegetarian (since 2016)
- I go walk in forest with my dog almost every week 
- I try sleep 8 hours or more
- I see my friends often and its make me feel happy 
- I eat strong multivitamin
- and I listen books and podcast almost everyday

My life is kinda mess right now. I sleep very irregular but 8 hours almost every day, but I go sleep like 6am and its not good. Now its 11pm and I took melatonin and I wish I go sleep soon. And I eat hardly nothing. Today I ate one toast and ice tea.  I did visit dietician few weeks ago and it was really helpful but I am very lazy.
