I have memrise in my phone but idk if I am never even opened it. And I am in few discord group and I talk in those sometimes. And I gonna try watch english series with english subitles. 

Midwife is a trained health professional who helps healthy women during labor, delivery, and after the birth of their babies. 

Official term to midwife school is midwifery school I think.

You could also try to write a journal/diary in english daily. That way you can see which words/phrases you need in every day use and you'll remember them more easily by using them.

You can also read the Grammarly articles. They explain it fair enough. 

Anyways a tip is to learn 
* the subject - verb agreement.
* full sentences
* types of verbs
* adjective v. Adverb
