I'm no doctor, but the articles I have read about it sound promising, the most important things I read:
it has gone through all stages of testing and 20k people have taken it in those stages. 
it is based on the research they did for a Sars vaccine and covid is a mutation of that
it is highly unlikely to have long term effects of a vaccine except immunization, the effects occur the day of the vaccination or shortly after.
