What about laser hair removal? I know it's expensive but it's probably your best option right? Idk much about getting rid of body hair tbh, I'm a hairy monster of hell!!

the best option would be treating the hormone imbalance n get rid of the excessive amount of male hormones in my body, but idk if thats possible

No like, it burns the hair off. You just apply it and wait then wash it off with a rag and its gone. But there is medication for it like: Clomiphene,Metformin, and Gonadotropins.

I do think eating lowcarb is the best option for u tho, it can help a lot for general symptoms of pcos but hair growth in particular idk, but I know my mom has very much less symptoms when she ate low carb. Idk, its quite hard to maintain tho long term mby. 

Also this video I don't remember how helpful it was tho (don't b alarmed by the title n cover btw, its not abt that)
