If possible, things that help me is putting on something i can concentrate on, like a video on youtube and lay myself like foster position on my knees and try and keep distraction away from panic and breathing.

I think that's fair. It doesn't work for everyone, but I find it helpful. It's not like I always can adhere to that rhythm or that I don't fall out of it or freak out for a moment, but coming back to it, and coming as close to it that's possible until I feel calmer have been really helpful for me : )

breathe into your stomach not your chest. if you lie down you can put your hands on your belly and feel it moving up and down as you breathe

also i think breathe in thru ur nose and out thru ur mouth..? at least thats what i've been told.. and this idk is not helpful for everyone, but its what i get told too; is that try to focus on 4 things around you or just 4 things in general, like count while u breathe so u wont think of the panicky thoughts

Well this kinda worked in an unexpected way bc when I read "breathe into your stomach" my messed up mind thought I should like breathe into my belly button or something. Like. I'm not that flexible 😂😂😂 at least the laugh I gave myself from that thought managed to help me a bit

Your advice is also amazing when my mind is not reading it wrong haha so thanks for real as well

Take deep breaths 

Visualization or counting can help me, also reminding myself I'm just having a panic attack and that it will pass. Leaving the room also helps. This doesn't work for everyone tho

Honestly if you cant calm down dont be afraid to go to the er/a&e.
