CAN'T sleep;-(

okay so i have a problem with sleeping, not that i wake up when i've fallen asleep it's that i can't fall asleep. do u guys have any tips on how to fall asleep because i usually can't fall asleep until like 6/7am and i set my alarms on like 11am because i don't wanna waste the whole day sleeping but i sleep through my alarms and then i wake up at 4/5pm and feel like shiteeee. help please

Sadly have no advice. 
The one thing i do is i choose to stay up a full day, with no sleep. Then i go to bed around 7-8pm, i will wake up early the next day and it will be fixed for awhile.

try to use all your energy during the day, both mentally and physically. try to go from a state of motivation to a state of calmness before going to bed. make a routine you associate with sleeping and being tired (like washing your face and drinking a special kind of tea)

usually when i can't sleep it's bc i can't turn my brain off and then just lying in bed with my eyes closed listening to music and doing nothing else until i get tired enough that i'll be able to fall asleep works most of the time idk

melatonin supplements. got them from my doctor.
used to be super scared of falling asleed due to constant nightmares. doctor gave me these. almost passed out several times the first week or so cus i forced myself to stay awake while my body was making me sleep.

g0d,, that's my problem 2
but it has been getting better with my sleeping meds + going to bed at like 2am-4am and then set the alarm to 10am-12pm, no matter if i have had trouble fallen asleep or not,, cause then i keep the same schedule and will be tired around 2am-4am again
so i'd say, keep the same schedule, n maybe ask for supplements before u ask abt sleeping meds!
