Tips to not procrastinate

Yeah, I need to do school, but I have no motivation and I just keep procrastinating. Anyone got some tips?

Study in a place where you have nothing else to do but study
like hide your phone and only have the essential things in your laptop
delete all time consuming shit like vp, tiktok, igwhatever
you can alway re-download them
And try to remember why do you study what’s the reason for it
Or try the timer method where you study for 45min and have a break etc
starting is the hardest part
study as efficiently as possible as in if you learn the best by reading, read, and don’t waste your time on recorded lectures where your mind just wanders. Or if you learn visually, colour your notes and draw pictures and stats and stuff. If you like to listen, listen and seek for videos about the subject.

Just start really. Say "fuck it" if you have to and decide to start, then you do the action that makes you start. Like I don't care if u r sobbing into your book. If you spend the start energy to take up the task you can as well continue. 

And maybe.. remove distractions, yes. But also use them effectively if you feel like you need more breaks one day. Instead of pushing on for hours, works smaller periods with more breaks until it's done. Or a nap. A 10min nap might to wonders now andthen.
And be creative about how you do them. Read, but also listen if you can or watch. 
Always take notes. It keeps you focused.
