ppl on vp with ADD/ADHD help

how do you focus on getting work done when you have to? like writing a long paper that requires long periods of time where you're focus on the task and material

bc im writing an exam rn and im having some Issues and Problems. i can only focus for short periods of time before i feel like im going to explode and i get the urge to run in circles around my house and it's like im getting kicked out of my head. like i get 15 minutes of concentration and then im given the boot see you in 2 hours or whenever im let back in, which i dont really know when is

it's making my life difficult now that im at uni. i have survived up until now by just doing the bare minimum and still getting good grades but i cant do that anymore bc im required to actually think now and ive never learnt how to deal with this and now im sorta fucked. i got my diagnosis only 2 years ago also and ive never spoken with anyone about it since, ive never gotten actual help with it. my exam is due monday : ) this is the hardest paper i have ever had to write and i legit cannot keep my mind focused

idk tbh

or like normally ill like   do tht stuff in public or in a library bc i just like   i still want to give in to distraction but i dont bc i dont want ppl 2 see me like scroll thru instagram n doing dumb sit n stuff 
so u could try tht tho if libraries n stuff r still open where u live n theres 1 close 2 where u live

also sometimes it sorta heps me to  pretend liek th deadline is th day after (when its not n i actually still have a few days left)

i take small frequent breaks while working on a task and complete it in smaller chunks, that always really helps

oh caffeine just makes me feel tingly and "off" :s like makes me feel weird

I struggle with procrastination when doing work as well. Wondering if I also have ADD or ADHD, because of the stuff I see on TikTok are pretty accurate. I feel this will be a problem when it comes to doing my bachelor this year, so I hope I will find out some tricks and tips.

Not diagnosed but i suspect it because it fits very well with my symptoms which my current diagnosis doesnt cover
For some reason energy drinks calm me down and make it possible to work like a normal human for 1-2 hours
Its not healthy but for the moment its working!

i used to sit at the uni library a year ago but it annoyed me that when i was finished with my work i had the whole ride home before i could relax so that ended up stressing me out
