I fucked up in uni many times by like... forgetting sending something, deadline problems, and other stuff. When i called it always got fixed even tho it's rlly something that wouldn't be allowed. Mail? it's easier to say no rather seeing opportunity to fix the problem.

Oh I see i see! Idk about other uni but often on uni website there's contact info with number and mail - and just a tip if there's anything it's much much easier for them to say yes and/or help out when talking on phone. Hope he'll help ya out. Crossing fingers !
