It might be but tbh I think its more likely that its insomnia

nah I already had some but it was only for 10 days and it helped me A LOT and i felt like my life was actually worth living, but then he refused to give me a new prescription cause they are addictive

nah I already had some but it was only for 10 days and it helped me A LOT and i felt like my life was actually worth living, but then he refused to give me a new prescription cause they are addictive
Have u tried taking melatonin (lol)

yes took these yesterday but I still feel exhausted. However I did in fact sleep for a few hours after taking them tho but i still woke up hellaaaa early and unable to sleep again

It might be but tbh I think its more likely that its insomnia
they can go hand in hand so its hard 2 tell sometimes. i get insomnia as an occasional symptom

I think they help more if u take them regularly like 1 hour before bed at least but idk, have never tried

It might be but tbh I think its more likely that its insomnia
they can go hand in hand so its hard 2 tell sometimes. i get insomnia as an occasional symptom
