Noise anxiety?

So i know they wont stop by then, from experience. So i get these superhard anxiety attacks. My heart is betong out of my chest, im crying, shaking uncontrollably.

Its prob because im scared of not getting any sleep, or having nightmares cus im stressed (which i have a history of, so i do have an underlying fear of having nightmares). So my body is freaking out from noise like party-noise n stuff.

Im also very noise sensitive, which prob doesnt help. 

Any1 else struggle with this?

Im more of a "wanna call the cops in case they have more than 5 guests so they get a 10k nok fine" kind of person.
