I’ve had issues w insomnia n depression at the same time but I can still tell u that even tho my insomnia is shit I still have less anxiety because of my meds, I have 175mg sertralin and it’s such a life saver, not all meds make u more sleepy, depends on the medicine I guess

a psychiatrist recently wanted to give me some meds (venlafaxine) and one of the common side effects were fatigue and drowsiness and i just,,, dont want that

been stable since i started the medicine in nov 2018!!

Anti psychotics were awful 

Celexa was ok I guess, made me feel flat but it curbed my obsessive thinking

Why? If they help and the side effects are manageable who cares? 

I'm very pro drug tho. I dont think drugs are for everyone but they are helpful for many people, and that's great

I'm very pro drug tho. I dont think drugs are for everyone but for those who respond well to certain ones, who cares? 
I believe it's better to learn how to live ones life without help from pills (through therapy or changing their life). i didn't say that i am against using anti dep or something like that, i just said that i wished that people didn't have to(because I think it's better). you will have to go elsewhere to find someone to argue about that with lmao. you do whatever u want and i hope that bee finds what she needs, and if that comes with pills then so be it

no i dont have a therapist. but i have no life, never finished school, no friends no nothing, and its all because i have let my depression and anxiety get so so so bad, because i really find it difficult to reach out for help. but its pretty clear i need medication again cus i have tried to function without for two years and all it has lead to is failures. i dont function simple as that
