I think it depends on the company and type of place. I just checked AF Bostäder, which rents to students in Lund, and there dorm rooms have 9 months of rent per year, while apartments have 12 months.

yaa it's really stressful i definitely was too dumb to think of that when i switched apartments lol 

but i did look into summer classes and it seems pretty fun tho ngl i might just do that if i don't get a job until march when the applying process close
