good analysis of how bigotry is not just "being mean" and needs to reflect some sort of political agenda 

also how making points (like white people can be the target of racism) while technically true sort of flirts with bigotry and is sort of disingenuous and derails meaningful and important conversation 

she also has another good video on justice which i think gets at the point ur trying to get across which is restorative vs punitive / retributive justice which she sort of touches on at the end of this video
