Yes but I mean I love u n jeg elsker deg is two different things, I would equal i love u to jeg er glad i deg most often which is less bad to say but idk. Norwegian is much more complicated from what I see anyway, much more options to choose from u feel me

idk about using i love u as a sample we throw around i love you like crazy in english i know in japanese youd be more uh like you would only say the big i love you (aishiteru) like if its a big big deal and you likea ctually love a person but in english you literally tell a stranger you love them if they hold a door open for you or soomething
